Technical Characteristics Technical Parameters

1.The new designed steel wire winded pre-load structure greatly reduces the stress concentration and maintains sufficient rigidity of the frame, having superior fatigue resistance and load stability.

2.The main cylinder adopts cylinder structure which is stable and reliable and it is easy for maintenance.

3.The moving beam adopts four columns guiding, which is high precision and stability.

4.Equipped with a new multi-cylinder plate type servo ejector (HLT patented technology), with high accuracy and good reliability.

5.Adopting a large capacity prefiling oil tank, it’s good at improving liquid filling quality of master cylinder and pressing performance.

6. The latest wide channel springless prefilling valve (HLT patented technology), increases the filling and discharging speed resulting in faster pressing cycle.

7.With the newest technology for pressure cylinder, the multi-lever pressing and speed governing functions are realized.

8.Optimize the hydraulic control system; the plunger position, main cylinder pressure, and the ejector all adopt the proportional servo control tech. The key components are selected from the top brands of world to ensure the high performance and reliability of press
